Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel or change your order, please send an e-mail to info@bear-tees.com as soon as possible. We will make sure to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the order can be cancelled or changed.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship all our products to most of Europe. The goods will be shipped in 1-3 days after the payment has been received on our account as we operate on a 'print on demand' set up. In case of delayed delivery, we will inform you in due time. The standard shipping cost starts from 2.99 EUR for Europe.
Delivery times are between 2 and 7 days.
My delivery address is wrong, what can I do?
If you notice a mistake on your shipping address contact our customer support ASAP at info@bear-tees.com. Please note if your order has already been sent, unfortunately we will not be able to make any changes. -

Returns & Refunds

Return process
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@bear-tees.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Shipping costs are not refunded.

Gift Cards or sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
Condition of products
The goods must be returned unwashed, unworn with all labels and tags left attached. Bear Tees asks that you try the garment when you are not wearing fragrance, deodorant or make-up to avoid leaving marks or scent. Goods cannot be accepted if they are returned in any other condition.

Before getting in touch with our Support Team, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office, get in touch with us at info@bear-tees.com with your order number.
If you found a mistake in your delivery address, we can arrange a replacement order, with an additional shipping cost. -
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@bear-tees.com within a week with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a fix as soon as possible.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.
