Shipping and Returns

After an order is placed, it usually takes 2-4 working days until your package is shipped as we operate on a 'print on demand' set up.

We ship all our products to Europe. The goods will be shipped as soon as possible after the payment has been received on our account. In case of delayed delivery, we will inform you in very short time. The standard shipping cost starts from 2.49 EUR for Europe.

Delivery times are between 2 and 7 working days.

Bulgaria - up to €50 - €2.49 (Next day delivery) 

Greece and Romania - up to €99 - €4.99 (2-4 working days)

Central and Eastern Europe - up to €99 - €6.99 (2-6 working days)

Rest of Europe - up to €99 - €6.99 (4-7 working days)

Please allow all orders 2-4 business days for processing and printing.
(Bank Holidays & Weekends NOT Included).

Tracking Updates

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update as it takes time to be refreshed in the courier's system.

Shipping address

Please make sure to write the correct and full address so that all ordered items are delivered in time.

Please note that the delivery of your items can be significantly delayed if you enter your address wrongly or enter an address where the courier does not reach you. Any package returned to Bear Tees due to the above incorrect and/or insufficient information will require an extra delivery charge paid by the customer before the package can be dispatched again.

COVID-19

Please be mindful that you may experience unusually long shipping delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and standard delivery times may not apply.
  • RETURNS

Return process

We are an eco-friendly company, and as part of our zero-waste policy we print each item to order. Due to the nature of print on demand apparel, we can not accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is materially flawed, or defective. If you have any questions about how a garment may fit, please consult our size guide before you purchase. We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are printed. 

If your items are materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact us at info@bear-tees.com within 14 days from receipt of merchandise and we will be happy to arrange for a return or exchange. Please provide your order number and full name with all correspondence. 

The buyer/customer must bear all costs for return delivery himself.

We do not cover or refund any shipping costs. We do however cover the cost of the exchange shipping back to you.

Gift Cards and sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

We recommend the parcel to be sent by tracked delivery to prevent any loss or delays for your refund/exchange. Please retain the proof of postage.

Condition of products

The goods must be returned unwashed, unworn with all labels and tags left attached. Bear Tees asks that you try the garment when you are not wearing fragrance, deodorant or make-up to avoid leaving marks or scent. Goods cannot be accepted if they are returned in any other condition.

Processing and refunds

Upon receiving and reviewing your return, you will receive a refund within 14 days of receipt of the return. The refund will be credited to the same account and credit card used at the time of purchase.
